8. Photos, Videos, and Event Images

When you use our photo booth, 360 booth, AI photo booth, or roaming photo services at an event, we capture photos, videos, and/or GIFs of you and other guests ("Event Images").

How Event Images are used:

  • Event Images are provided to the event host/client for their personal or business use

  • We may use select Event Images in our marketing, including our website, social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), and promotional materials

  • We do not sell Event Images to third parties

  • AI features: Our AI Photo Booth uses AI-powered effects (such as background replacement, characters and glam filters) provided through our photo booth software. These features transform your photo for creative/entertainment purposes and are not used to identify individuals or match faces against any database.

    Retention: Initial event galleries are stored by our provider(s) for 1 year from the event date, after which they are automatically and permanently deleted. Hosted image galleries are password protected in an online gallery for the event hosts for life at photos.mvpphotobooth.com.

    Your choices: If you appear in an Event Image posted on our marketing channels or gallery and would like it removed, contact us at hello@mvpphotobooth.com with the image location (e.g., a link or description) and we will remove it within a reasonable timeframe.
