A warning about the 360 Video Booth trend sweeping the Country.
We are happy to provide you with a 360 Booth for your event. We've been in business since 2013 and are fully insured. We've never left a client without coverage due to broken equipment or lack of technical knowledge. We have backup systems to ensure this never happens.
Please be aware that there are hundreds of brand new booth operators trying to take advantage of this trend. Many of these owners are inexperienced and some may not even be legitimately registered businesses. To run a successful 360 booth requires multiple event staff for safety reasons. Also, business insurance is absolutely paramount. Before you choose a 360 booth company ask them:
1. Are you a registered business?
2. Are you insured?
3. How long have you been in business?
4. Can we see samples of your work? Be sure their branding is on the video samples - we've seen numerous "fly by night" event companies using other peoples work.
5. Do not pay your entire rental up front or pay with a credit card or service like PayPal to ensure you don't get scammed. This is a growing problem and unfortunately all we can do is try to educate our clients.
6. Ask how big the platform is! If your provider can only fit 2-3 people there's going to be a line of people wanting to participate. Our booths platforms are large and ready for your group 360 fun!
